Saturday and Sunday Lunch: low carb veggies, protein and fat with optional once a day flackers and optional keto cup only. Sunday dinner: veggies, protein and fat – no “starchy” veggies – can have winter squash, carrots, rutabegas and artichokes. Can have lokanto and monk fruit and stevia.
