Snacks: only green drink or protein shake in AM. In PM can have the same and optional 3 pieces venison jerky (can only have between lunch and dinner and must finish them at least an hour before first bite of dinner) (On Wednesdays when you see Jory you can have your jerky just before your session). Otherwise only clear broth, probiotic drinks, tea. Unlimited collagen protein or gelatin.
No sweeteners of any kind Monday through Thursday except those in my collagen shake mixes. No cane sugar –
