LAS VEGAS- 3 meals a day, 1 hour long, starch only at only one meal per day- includes potatoes, grains,plantains, cassava. snacks are ONLY: water, tea, shakes, probiotic drinks, plain broth, 1 piece of fresh fruit, 1 serving each day of 3 venison pieces ; only 1 serving of each food item- except you can have unlimited fat and nonstarchy vegetables.
