eat whatever you want. 3 meals a day, 1 hour long, with minimum 3 hour break in between of no food except broths, my shakes, tea, water, probiotic drinks. After 3 hour break can have raw vegetables or 1 serving whole fruit (not juice) until meal. Only 1 serving non starchy vegetable foods per meal. Can also have unlimited fats.
