| I am so pleased wth StickK, being AF, saving so much money and sleeping so much better. I plan to extend this commitment for three months, then a year and then for the rest of my life, a year at a time. | |

| So far, so good! Makes me happy and proud of myself. So glad to have no strong cravings. I know-short term is easier than long-term. So, I plan to convert this to a three-month commitment when it is complete and then, after that, a one-year commitment. I've never done that before. | |

| I attended The King and I last night. I enjoyed a Diet Coke and noticed how many people were drinking wine. But no cravings. That alone makes everything easier. | |
