silverski commits to:
3 meals a day, minimum 3 hours apart, 1 hour long or if in restaurant when I leave the restaurant. No sugar, grains, dairy or cream (except butter and ghee).
Monday: B: shake with cranberries and acai; L: shake with nonstarchy veggies and fat; Snack before 7:15 sing: bone broth D: green drink, pick fish out of soup as best I can Tuesday: B: stollen, butter, bacon, pear if available; Nothing until getting to RI- at RI have green drink just before going into house, premeal is bone broth only – ME
