Starchy flour only Friday dinner through Sunday breakfast. This includes cassava, tapioca, arrowroot, chestnut flours. Other flours are ok. Only 1 serving each day. Sweeteners Friday through Sunday dinner. No sweeteners of any kind Monday through Thursday. No sugar, grains, dairy or cream (except butter and ghee) 3 meals a day, minimum 3 hours ap
