observing a consistent time schedule:
I commit to being physically in bed by 10:30 pm every "school night" (Sunday through Thursday). I furthermore commit to sending Joel a "time punch" email every morning Monday through Friday from my computer at work by no later than 9:00 am.

| Another good morning. Jogged 2.5 of my 3 miles, feeling good. I can feel that I'm still well within my easy zone. I pushed it up to 6 (which I THINK is an 8 minute mile) on the treadmill for my last two laps, and at that point started feeling a nice burn. :) | |

RULES: What I really need help with these days is regular exercise. My morning time punch has become an excuse to skimp on that front. So instead of a 9:00 email from work, I commit to being PHYSICALLY OUT OF BED by 7:00, and not leaving for work until I have covered a distance of 3 miles (any pace, clubhouse recommended, elsewhere is OK too). I furthermore renew my commitment to being physically IN BED by 10:30 p.m. STAKES: I shall change my stakes to $15 per violation, and make CescaGarret my recipient. |
