I didn't follow through 100% on all of the above, so can't honestly report I met my goals:( What I want to improve on next week:
practicing yoga for a full hour (30 minutes in the morning, 30 minutes in the evening. Every day)
Actually waking up at 5 or 5:30p.m. so I have time for the aforementioned:)
Writing in my journal daily, even if its only for a few minutes, ideally after meditation.
Staying on top of the housekeeping, as per my schedule. Taking it one step at a time, and seeing gradual improvement ove rthe course of the week!
I can do it!!
