ejpakala commits to:
Either cardio or muscle group lift every day.
Cardio means HR at least 150 for 30 consecutive minutes, breaching 181 at least once. Muscle group lifting means every individual exercise on my lifting plan is done for at least two sets. Must rotate through 1. Shoulders/arms, 2. Chest/back/abs 3. Legs. I’m allowed one rest day per week.
