optional fast till noon any day with rocket fuel lattes. No flour, chips or sweetner Monday through Thursday except Wed.
MON: Protein fast TUES: B: either latte or fat and veggies with optional protein. L/D: protein, fat and veggies with optional starchy veg at dinner; green drink or acai with optional AM snack of bone broth and optional acai/cranberry shake for afternoon snack only. WED: can eat anything you want during allotted meal periods THURS- Phase 2 with fat. Soup snack only in AM
