Day 2 Joining the IDM group Zorn Fast is such a help. It forces me to journal and keeps me inspired.

Day 1/6 This will be a challenge After a weekend of indulgent feasting. Im looking forward to this fast and feeling good again. Even my fingers are bloated today as I carb indulged way too much. woke up feeling really hungry but the salt water did the trick.
