optional fast till noon any day with rocket fuel lattes. No flour, chips or sweetner Monday through Thursday.
MON/TUES: Phase 1 B: either latte or fat and veggies with optional protein. L/D: fat and veggies with starchy veg at dinner, optional protein; green drink or acai with cranberry shake for afternoon snack only. No snack in AM WED/THURS- Phase 2 with fat. Soup snack only in AM, 3 pieces of venison for PM snack. FRI, SAT,SUN: Fri B/L and Sun Dinner follow Phase 3. Snack is only green
