Whole time: no grain, no sugar (exceptions are restaurant/family meal salad dressings, sauces on meat or vegetable dishes where you don’t need to ask and bacon and sausage)
Mon-Thurs follow last week’s plan with eat whatever you want for Tuesday airplane dinner: optional fat teas for breakfast, protein, veggies and fat for meals. Fri- Sun: 3 meals each day where you can eat whatever you want with the above guidelines. Each eating period is maximum 1 hour long. Must have minimum 3 hour break
