I will go to sleep before midnight at least three times a week, waking up before 7:30 the next day. I will try to work more in the morning than at night, and generally focus on improve my sleep habits and daily schedule.

Far from ideal, but met the goal requirements. I added short 30 min powernap after lunch few days, seems to help. | |
