Qi Gong Practice Goal Star this Commitment

wrkinprogrss commits to:
doing at least 10 minutes of Qi Gong exercises daily. Anything I've learned from Scott counts, including warm-ups and cool-downs, but the 10 minutes must be timed and it must be done all at one time. Commitment to end on Sunday, July 4th, 2010.

Thanks! I am just debating that very question with myself. Seems like I have the Qi Gong habit pretty well established, now. I might do a goal related to Tai Chi (which I am learning verrrryyyyy sllloooowwwllly) or dance (which I need to work on for a performance in a few weeks). Maybe I'll do a goal of at least 10 minutes on one or the other, each day. If I do, I'll probably try it for a week, first, before making a longer commitment. Thanks for asking--it helped me think about it! I'll invite you for the new goal. :-)

Looks like I missed reporting a day, but I don't think I missed a day, itself. Did Qi Gong at class, today. Think that would be 12 days in a row.
