FRI,SAT,SUN: Phase 3 Meal$: Each meal i$ one hour long. The meal i$ over 1 hour later and cannot be parceled into $aving a chunk of the hour for eating later after the 60 minute$ i$ over. 3 hour$ minimum between each lunch and dinner after final bite of food. Each meal has 1 portion of protein (no $econd$- whatever I put on my plate before my fir$t bite i$ all I eat of protein for that meal- exception i$ mayonnai$e which i$ unlimited), unlimited vegeta
