| Last week I actually achieved my goal, but I forgot to report it; this week I did not, but I am going to report that I did this week since I forgot to last week.. My thoughts are that I might need to make it easier on myself, by only requiring at least a 1 mile jog, or 15 minutes on my fan bike.. | |
