1. Shut computer by 8pm 2. Do Reality Training before bed, middle of the night (start: "what telling...?") 3. Read Sleep Philosophy before bed. 4. Don't use the bed for anything but nighttime sleep. 5. Shred dollar if don't get out of bed if awake after 20 minutes.
