3 Meals: Each meal is one hour long. The meal is over 1 hour later and cannot be parceled into saving a chunk of the hour for eating later after the 60 minutes is over. 3 hours minimum between each lunch and dinner after final bite of food. Each meal has 1 portion of protein (no seconds- whatever I put on my plate before my first bite is all I eat of protein for that meal- exception is mayonnaise which is unlimited), unlimited vegetables and fat. Unlimited vegetables.
