Intermittent fast Saturday till noon. Lunch: 1 serving protein, unlimited non starchy vegetables, fat and nothing else. OR shake Dinner: 1 serving animal protein. Unlimited fresh cooked or raw vegetables (can be frozen but no other kind of processing). Can have 1 optional serving grain, non sugar sweetener (i.e. if they make rice pudding). Can have 1 serving any kind of fruit. Sunday: B:Optional IF or protein and vegetables and fat. L: 1 serving protein, unlimited non starchy vege
