Regular plan: Intermittent fast every day with bulletproof tea with ghee and brain oil for B except for Monday breakfast June 5th where I will have veggies, fat, 2 egg yolks and optional tablespoon pumpkin seeds; L and D meals: Each meal is one hour long. 3 hours minimum between each lunch and dinner after final bite of food. Each meal has 1 portion of protein (no seconds- whatever I put on my plate before my first bite is all I eat of protein for that meal), unlimited vegetables and fat. M
