silverski commits to:
3 meals per day. Each meal is one hour long. 3 hours minimum between each meal after final bite of food. Each meal has 1 portion of protein (no seconds- whatever I put on my plate before my first bite is all I eat of protein for that meal), unlimited vegetables and fat.
Can make any day an intermittent fast with David Aprey tea with fat will noon, Lunch and Dinner are the regular plan as above. Thurs, Fri, Sat are super low fat days with Sat being flush day. Sat is 2 green shakes with not
