Unless urgent job priorities require later use, today, I choose to shut down the computer for today by 5:20pm.
Today, I choose to use my mp3 player only after my acupuncture appointment and before 8:00pm. Except for losf checks, I choose to limit my recreational reading to hardcopy and to do it only after my acupuncture appointment and before 8:00pm, tonight. Between 8:00pm and 9:00pm, tonight, I choose to concentrate on getting ready for bed and for tomorrow's excursion, without audio and without reading except as it serves that goal. My intention is to be in bed with the lights out by 9:00pm, tonight.

| I turned the computer back on after the acupunture appointment--I don't think I even remembered that I'd planned to leave it off. Had the lights out before 10pm, but not by 9pm. Failure, but with some good done by it. | |
