Sept 26 – Oct 2: 3 1 hour meals where you can eat anything you want. Have only 1 serving of protein and starch (i.e. grains, potatoes, yams, parsnips, starchy beans, nuts or seeds). The meal starts with first bite of protein and or starch or cooked vegetables or oil. Minimum 3 hours between meals where you have only water, tea or plain broth.
After 3 hours you can have unlimited raw vegetables or 1 serving fruit (can have up to 2 servings fruit per day) or shakes. Can always have food to
