For the rest of today, I choose to use my mp3 player only between 8:30pm and 10:30pm. Except for losf checks, I choose to limit my recreational reading to the same timeframe, today. Barring urgent job priorities, I commit to accepting computer shutdown at 10:30pm, tonight, and I will not listen to other audio or do other reading after that time. My intention is to be in bed with the lights out by 11:15pm, tonight.
