Today, I choose to use my mp3 player only between 6:30pm and 9:00pm. Aside from quick losf checks, I choose to do recreational reading only between 6:30pm and 9:00pm. In the interest of getting a full night's sleep before tomorrow morning's 8:00am appointment, I choose to shut down the computer by 9:00pm, tonight, and I will not do other reading or play other audio or eat after that time.

| Think I did pretty well on this one--finished recreational reading and had the computer off by about 9:05pm, rather than 9:00pm. Not positive about the other details, but *think* they were OK, and had lights out by about 10:20pm. Calling it a success. | |
