a) run a mile b) elliptical 2 miles c) spinning class d) sporting activity continuously for one hour e) walk 2.5 miles f) rowing machine 3k meters g) stairclimber 50 floors h) 7 minute workout (maximum 1/week) i) 30 minute workout video (p90x, etc.) j) 30 minute lifting session *These are all minimum requirements
