eat what I want Saturday. On Sunday I have pea shake for breakfast, soup “shake”made with gelatin for protein and veggies and brain oil, for lunch- only water and tea in between. No “bread”, seeds. Dinner is only one kind of animal protein and vegetables with coconut oil – nothing else. Then I can say yes to stickk.
