If I stay on plan as of August 6 breakfast on I can say yes to plan because of stressful night. If I am awake between midnight and 5 AM unable to sleep I can eat whatever I need to to settle down. Butter and ghee ok. Can have cold potato before bed to help with sleep. Can have fat on it for taste. I can have a shake at any time. If I need to change the plan I can do it on the spot before I eat something different.
