You have the option of doing this instead of shakes for B and L. Can have one shake for one meal if desired or do the below.
B and L: 4 oz meat or poultry or salmon or 5 oz white fish, shrimp or 4 scallops or 1 can sardines or salmon. And non starchy vegetables with 1 tablespoon oil. Have 1 scoop of Ron shake for AM and PM snacks.
