NO: grains, beans, cane sugar, dairy (butter, cream ok) once a week: Make at least one paleo pizza and or paleo dessert, and at least one bullet proof recipe in addition to these. If I want to do a different plan I have made a special stickk for that 24 hours before the day I want to do that- can only be for one meal on one day. 1 day a week protein fast: B: green tea with brain octane and ghee, L: guacamole and sea snax, D: sweet potato or yam with ghee and green drinks and unlim
