No new diet stickks. I commit to following this as written with no alterations or reinterpretations as I am aware to the best of my ability and will pay the charity if I do otherwise. GAPS stage 5 without the nut bread and egg whites and add allowed seeds and olives, one chia pod per day. 3 1 hour meal periods daily consisting of: protein (wild caught, pastured, organ meats), vegetables except for those not allowed, and fat.
