I was 218 later last night (less earlier in the day), and 212.4 first thing this morning. Granted I did empty my bladder a few times but I don't think it would have added up to 5.6 pints, so I can't explain the difference in measurement. I'm wondering if I should start averaging my readings. ...My new psychiatrist told me the other day about a calorie counting app called "Lose It!" which I downloaded and I think is helpful in concentrating a little more on how much and what I put into myself. There is definitely some estimating that might be kind of rough figures, but if you can scan the barcode you can get an accurate amount. If you exercise, you can eat more :-)
