No new diet stickks. I commit to following this as written with no alterations or reinterpretations as I am aware to the best of my ability and will pay the charity if I do otherwise. Follow this plan until I am at or below 125 lbs. Then you can add the things at the bottom. If I go over 127 lbs then I follow this plan until I'm back at 125 or below. Must weigh myself that day in order to have the extras that day.
