ykarate commits to:
Must train karate for an hour and ride bike for half an hour each day (minimum 5 days or 7 1/2 hours of exercise total per week). If only karate, must train karate for 1 and a half hrs/day. If only biking, must ride 1 and a half hours to meet goal. If daily exercise not complete, then only fruit, raw veggies & non sugared liquids. If exercise complete then eat according other commitment. Only fruits & raw veggies after 11 PM Mon - Fri. In bed Sun - Thurs by 11 PM; by 2 AM Fri & Sat.
