Week 4 of 4
wrkinprogrss commits to:
doing at least 10 minutes of Qi Gong on at least 4 different days, each week. Anything Scott has taught me about Qi Gong counts, including warm-ups and cool-downs, but it needs to be timed and there needs to be at least 10 minutes of concentrated Qi Gong exercising, not 5 min. here and 5 min. there.
Again, my preference would be to do at least 10 minutes, daily, but the commitment is for at least 4 days, each week. Extra points for mulling over possibilities for happily incorporating different parts of the exercise sequence and/or possibly increasing my time commitment. This is an extension from several past one-shot goals, for me. Those have gone well enough that I feel I can commit to this one for a month.
