a) run a mile b) elliptical 2 miles c) spinning class d) sporting activity continuously for one hour e) walk 2.5 miles f) rowing machine 3k meters g) stairclimber 50 floors *These are all minimum requirements NOTE: two new guidelines this round: - two 7 minute workouts per week allowed - one 2-a-day per week allowed
