| I've not done much exercise except for a walk at Yuyuantan last Sunday. However, I've walked quite a good amount on purpose whenever I could. Should do more but have done okay this past week. | |

| I've in fact completed it both weeks. It's just that I didn't have enough time to report before the last deadline... Bhutan has been great. I like it better than Thailand. And I did enjoy the walking and hiking we did there a lot. Need to keep the habit of exercising when I'm back in Beijing. | |
