Continuing Qi Gong Practice Star this Commitment

wrkinprogrss commits to:

doing at least 10 minutes of Qi Gong on at least 4 different days, this week. Anything Scott has taught me about Qi Gong counts, including warm-ups and cool-downs, but it needs to be timed and there needs to be at least 10 minutes of concentrated Qi Gong exercising, not 5 min. here and 5 min. there.

Again, my preference would be to do at least 10 minutes, daily, but the commitment is for at least 4 days, this week. I will mull over possibilities for happily incorporating different parts of the exercise sequence and/or possibly increasing my time commitment.

Did about 15 minutes of Qi Gong on 4/10 and about 20 minutes of Qi Gong on 4/11. Quite late / actually the next day for both, if I remember right, but going to count them as part of waking periods, as usual. Not sure which specific exercises I did on 4/10. 4/11 specifics were the regular sequence through Scholar Opens the Scroll.

Did about 15 minutes of Qi Gong, last night, around 11:30pm. Warm-ups, cool-downs, Scholar Opens the Scroll, Cloud Hands, and Squatting and Lifting, if I remember right.
