Here we go, only 1 pound a week? Sounds easy, what could I do to lose 1 LB a week? Burn more calories then I consume. Drink more water, portion control, eat before 6 pm, stick to protein in the am. But butters, yogurt, eggs, snack bars, etc. eat mindfully!
