Tuesday May 27 – stick to base plan with exception of dinner meat is 3.10 oz ok May 27 – June 2: 3 meals a day: everything either in front of you or if in restaurant that you have ordered: at first bite is all you eat for that meal. Meal ends 1 hour after 1st bite of protein. 3 hour break of only water, kombucha, probiotic drinks, protein powder between meals (last bite of that meal to first bite of snack or next meal) No starch (grains, potatoes, parsnips) . No sugar (
