Sunday Jan 5: only green drinks, probiotic drinks, electrolytes, kombucha, until 5 PM – then have only 1 plate or bowl of animal protein and non starchy vegetables for dinner with up to 1 tblspn butter and unlimited oil. Then only probiotic drinks and kombucha until next morning.
