Achieve and maintain a fat loss goal of either 17% body fat or 170 lbs total body weight, by doing at least one of the following four things every week: (1) lose one pound, (2) lose a measurable amount of body fat, (3) show measurable fat loss with caliper test, or (4) maintain the fat loss goal already achieved. Until I reach 175 lbs., the measure of success must be weight loss of at least one pound per week.
