SRT: Follow plan with these additions: pick one portion of only kind of protein per meal. Friday – Sunday class breaks – can have your chocolate bar or cocommune bar and greens or reds drink even if less than 3 hours from last meal. Can have protein drink after class before session for energ unless you are having your dinner before DH. Then save protein drink for afterwards if you still want it. On flight days – 3 full hours between eating breakfast and lunch and lunch and dinner. Only sn
