| I have to admit that I did a pretty good job last week. 3 days of badminton and one day of mountain climbing. Of course the last was my favourite. Look forward to more:) | |

| Yoga once, with my ref (Yay!), and badminton once, with some LX guys and gals. I enjoyed the duet in yoga and loved seeing the improvment my ref's making already. It was also fun and satisfactory watching him getting into the poses and trying hard to keep the poise there. Look forward to more! | |

Yoga with my girl, finally, and it was short and sweet. I had much fun challenging her instructions and hopefully her holiness will dissolve my naughtiness in the future. Keep working out!
