No chocolate or cheese Mon-Fri- can have one or the other once on weekend – either half a cocopolo bar or homemade bar or 2 oz cheese in place of one protein portion. After a 3 hour break from last bite of lunch can have 1 serving of DFH pea protein or up to 4 scoops of whey protein with any powdered supplement or green drink.
