Only water, kombucha, tea, kevita, body ecology probiotic beverages, electrolyte powders between eating periods – 45 minute breakfast, 12-2 with 45 minutes after 1st protein bite to end eating and start 1st sentence, dinner 5-7:30 same 45 minutes at home and away from home is 45 minutes or when you leave restaurant or friend's table. Nothing else – no green drinks, powders. Can have supplements.
