Starting October 10: Eliminate snacks. The only allowable thing between meals is green drink – only protein powder allowed between meals is whey no other protein powder. Can have vitality greens and super spirulina, macro greens and reds. And also allowed is unlimited water, kombucha, kvass, culutred coconut drinks. Nothing chewable after last bite of lunch until 5 PM. Donna Gates chocolate only at SRT and Mark Dunn courses.
