Fast Days on flights: Thursday 9/12 warrior program of fruits, veggies and whey until just before DH then have 1 portion of protein then just before supervision have 2nd protein portion with unlimited veggies. Monday 9/16 warrior program of fruits, veggies, whey on plane. When I get home have meal under 500 calories. Thursday 9/19 do regular warrior program like you have in the past at home.
